How are creator earnings on Bounty_OS calculated?

Brands pay per view at a rate specified per campaign (typically $1,000–$5,000 per 1 million views). Every 100,000 views equals one block. Creators earn on each complete block at the campaign rate; partial blocks become platform margin. Example: at $1,000 per 1 million views, a post with 250,000 views earns the creator $200 (2 complete blocks).

What is the difference between original and repurposed content rates?

Original content is new content created specifically for a campaign. It requires more effort and pays a higher rate — typically $2,500+ per 1 million views. Repurposed content is existing content you already made, adapted or re-uploaded with the campaign hashtag. It requires less effort and pays a lower rate — typically around $50–$200 per 100,000 views. Most campaigns accept both; some only accept one.

Is there a minimum payout threshold?

No minimum to start earning — you earn the moment your content crosses 100,000 views (one complete block). Payouts are released when the campaign completes and deposited to your bank via Stripe. Typical Stripe deposit delay is 1–3 business days after campaign end.

When do I get paid?

Earnings accrue in real time as views come in. Payouts are automatically released when the campaign completes. Stripe typically deposits funds to your bank within 1–3 business days after the campaign ends. No invoicing, no waiting for brand approval.

What affects how much I can earn?

Four main factors: (1) the campaign rate (brands set this per 1 million views), (2) how many views your content generates, (3) whether it is original or repurposed, and (4) whether you qualify for multiple campaigns simultaneously. Creators who post consistently across multiple active campaigns and generate viral content can earn thousands per month.

How are views counted?

Views are counted directly from TikTok and Instagram via their public APIs. Bounty_OS automatically finds your post via the campaign hashtag and tracks views as they accrue. Only views on TikTok and Instagram count — other platforms are not yet supported.

What if my content gets flagged or removed?

If a post is removed by the platform before accruing significant views, no earnings are paid for that post. If it accrues views first and is later removed, earnings from views already counted are retained. Posts removed for violating platform TOS or for misrepresenting the product may be excluded at Bounty_OS's discretion.

Do I owe taxes on my Bounty_OS earnings?

Yes. Earnings from Bounty_OS are self-employment income. U.S. creators who earn more than the Stripe 1099 threshold will receive a 1099 from Stripe at year end. Creators are responsible for their own tax reporting. Consult a tax professional for specifics.

Can I see my earnings in real time?

Yes. The Bounty_OS creator dashboard shows live earnings per campaign, total views, active posts, completed blocks, and pending payouts. It updates as views come in.
