Supported Countries

Bounty_OS currently operates in the following 51 countries where our payment processing partner (Stripe) is available:

Unsupported Countries

If you reside in a country not listed above, you are not eligible to create an account or receive payments through Bounty_OS at this time. You may join our waitlist to be notified when we expand to your country.

Mandatory Residency Requirement

You MUST be a legal resident of one of our supported countries to use the Platform and receive Payouts. This is a mandatory eligibility requirement, not optional. If you relocate to an unsupported country after registration, you must notify Bounty_OS immediately at [email protected]. Your access to the Platform and eligibility for Payouts will be terminated upon relocation to an unsupported country. Bounty_OS reserves the right to verify your residency at any time and may require additional documentation.

Location Verification & Circumvention Policy

During registration and throughout your use of the Platform, we verify your geographic location using IP geolocation and may use additional verification methods. Your detected country is locked at registration and cannot be changed.

Account

To access and use the Platform, including, but not limited to, posting Creator Content, re-sharing/re-posting Client Content, or receiving Payouts, eligible Creators must complete Bounty_OS's verification and sign-up process, which includes: (i) verifying ownership of any social account(s) you want to post Creator Content from or re-share Client Content from, (ii) linking your social accounts with Bounty_OS and agreeing to allow the applicable social platforms to share information, data, and other metrics as determined by each platform with Bounty_OS, and (iii) onboarding with our third-party payment service providers in order to receive Payouts from Client Campaigns.

You must provide us with current, complete, and accurate information when creating your Account. Limit one (1) Account per person/email address. You may not provide an email address, user name, name, or social account already in use for another active Account.

One Account Policy

Limit one (1) Account per person/email address. You may not create Accounts with multiple email addresses or identities, or use any device or artifice to create multiple Accounts or participate using multiple identities. Any Creator who attempts to create multiple Accounts may be immediately terminated from the Platform and forfeit all Payouts, in Bounty_OS's sole and absolute discretion.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and Account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your Account. If you suspect your Account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. Bounty_OS is not liable for any loss you incur as a result of someone else using your login credentials, with or without your knowledge.

Payment Provider Registration Process

To be eligible to receive Payouts, you must register with and be approved by our payment processor/provider. We disclaim all liability in connection with any rejection or disapproval by our payment processor. You acknowledge and agree that Bounty_OS is not a bank, money transmitter, or financial services provider. All financial services are handled by our payment processor.

A. Conditional Payouts

Unlike standard Client Campaigns which are pre-funded, Community Goal campaigns rely on real-time revenue generation. You acknowledge and agree that any "Pending Earnings" displayed for these campaigns are conditional projections and do not constitute a fixed debt owed to you until the specific Campaign Funding Goal (e.g., "$10,000 Profit Pool") is fully achieved and verified.

B. Target Release Dates

Since payouts are tied to performance milestones rather than a fixed schedule, Bounty_OS is under no obligation to provide specific calendar dates for payouts. Any reference to a "Target Release Date" or estimated timeframe is for convenience only and is not binding. If a Funding Goal is not met by a projected timeframe, Bounty_OS reserves the right to extend the campaign duration indefinitely until the funding target is reached. You agree that such extensions do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

C. Profit Definition

For "Profit Share" campaigns, the Funding Pool is calculated based on Net Profit (Gross Revenue minus direct operating expenses including server costs, data fees, and transaction fees). Bounty_OS has sole discretion in calculating the status of the Funding Pool.

Approval Authority

All Creator Content is subject to review and approval by Bounty_OS to ensure adherence to the Client's Campaign Brief and stated requirements. While Bounty_OS performs the primary validation and approval of content, the Client retains the right to request the immediate removal or takedown of any Creator Content that they deem non-compliant with their brand guidelines.

Rejection & Clawbacks

Bounty_OS reserves the right to approve or reject any Creator Content for any reason or no reason, in its sole discretion, including but not limited to reasons not specified in these Terms. Bounty_OS may also remove previously approved content at any time, upon Client request or at our discretion. Creator Content that is rejected, removed, or found to violate these Terms or the Content Requirements may result in a clawback of previously distributed Payouts or the cancellation of any pending Payouts. Clawed-back funds may be returned to the Campaign budget at Bounty_OS's discretion.

Artificial Engagement Prohibited

Neither you nor anyone working on your behalf shall engage in "Fraudulent Activity," including: (A) artificially exaggerating social media metrics (botting); (B) purchasing followers or engagements; or (C) using deceptive metadata. If Bounty_OS determines you have engaged in Fraudulent Activity, we may terminate your access immediately and withhold Payouts.

A. Artificial Engagement

• Artificially exaggerating, inflating, or manipulating social media metrics including views, followers, subscribers, likes, shares, comments, or any other engagement metrics
• Using bots, scripts, click farms, or automated systems to generate fake engagement
• Purchasing followers, subscribers, views, likes, or any form of engagement
• Purchasing account verification

B. Metric Manipulation

• Any action to artificially inflate your performance metrics
• Coordinating with others to artificially boost engagement
• Using deceptive metadata, tags, or descriptions to manipulate discovery

C. Harming Other Creators

• Damaging, impairing, or disadvantaging the content, metrics, or account of any other creator on Bounty_OS or any third party
• Botting, mass-reporting, or otherwise sabotaging other creators

D. Prohibited Promotion Methods

• Promoting campaigns through spam (mass messaging, comment spam, automated posting)
• Running paid advertisements, boosted posts, whitelisting, or dark posting behind Campaign content without explicit written Client permission
• Using the Client's name or branding for paid promotion without permission

E. Circumvention

• Any attempt to circumvent our fraud detection systems
• Providing false or misleading information about your metrics or performance

Consequences of Fraudulent Activity

If Bounty_OS determines through any means that you have engaged in Fraudulent Activity:

• Your access to the Platform will be terminated immediately
• All pending and unpaid Payouts will be forfeited
• Previously distributed Payouts may be clawed back
• You will be permanently banned from the Platform
• Bounty_OS may pursue legal action and report activity to relevant authorities

You represent and warrant that you will use all reasonable efforts to verify the authenticity of your followers, engagement, and metrics. If you know or have reason to believe that your metrics have been compromised (even by third parties without your knowledge), you must notify Bounty_OS immediately at [email protected].

Content Ownership Hierarchy

1. Client Campaigns (Work Made For Hire): All Creator Content created specifically for a Client Campaign is created as "work made for hire." Client owns all rights to such content.

2. Platform Operations: Bounty_OS receives limited operational rights to host, display, moderate, and distribute Creator Content for platform functionality and Client campaign purposes.

3. AI Training & Data Usage: By creating and submitting Creator Content, you grant Bounty_OS the right to use such content for improving Bounty_OS platform algorithms, moderation systems, fraud detection, and other artificial intelligence tools used in connection with platform operations. This includes the right to use Creator Content for training machine learning models that enhance platform functionality. This license does not include the right to sell or license your Creator Content to third parties for general commercial AI training purposes unrelated to the Bounty_OS platform without separate consent.

License Grant to Bounty_OS

You grant to Bounty_OS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your Creator Content solely for: (i) platform operations, (ii) facilitating Client campaigns, (iii) content moderation, and (iv) platform improvement algorithms. This license does not include rights to sublicense for general commercial purposes unrelated to the Bounty_OS platform.

Client Usage Rights

For campaign-specific Creator Content, Client receives a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, publicly display, and distribute such content for their marketing and promotional purposes.

Likeness Rights

By participating in campaigns, you grant limited rights to use your likeness as it appears in Creator Content for campaign promotion and platform marketing, subject to the scope of the specific campaign agreement.

A. Account Decisions

Bounty_OS may accept, reject, suspend, or permanently ban any Creator account for any reason or no reason, at any time, without prior notice or explanation.

B. Content Decisions

Bounty_OS may approve, reject, remove, or request modifications to any Creator Content for any reason or no reason, at any time, without prior notice or explanation.

C. Payout Decisions

Bounty_OS may withhold, delay, reduce, or forfeit Payouts if, in its sole judgment, it determines such action is warranted.

D. Campaign Eligibility

Bounty_OS and Clients determine which Creators are eligible to view and participate in each Campaign in their sole discretion.

AS IS Basis

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. BOUNTY_OS MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE RELIABILITY OF THE FEATURES OF THE PLATFORM.

Limitation of Liability

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL BOUNTY_OS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM. BOUNTY_OS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF ANTICIPATED EARNINGS, "PENDING BALANCES," OR "POINTS" THAT DO NOT CONVERT TO WITHDRAWABLE CASH DUE TO A CAMPAIGN'S FAILURE TO MEET ITS FUNDING GOALS OR TARGET RELEASE DATES.

Mandatory Arbitration

Any Dispute between you and Bounty_OS shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A CLASS ACTION OR JURY TRIAL.

Informal Resolution

Before filing for arbitration, you must send a Notice of Dispute to [email protected] and attempt to resolve the issue informally for sixty (60) days.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of arbitration by sending a written notice to [email protected] within 30 days of accepting these Terms.

Authorization

By linking your Connected Account, you authorize Bounty_OS and its third-party providers to access, retrieve, store, process, and display public data and performance metrics from your account (including views, engagement, and metadata) to calculate Payouts and verify Campaign compliance.

Disconnecting Accounts

You may stop data tracking and disconnect a Connected Account at any time by navigating to the Settings menu within the Bounty_OS Platform and selecting "Disconnect." Please note that disconnecting an account during an active Campaign may result in the forfeiture of Payouts if we are unable to verify your performance metrics.
