• You will not use the Website for fraudulent purposes.

Subject to these Terms, you further understand and agree that you have no ownership rights in or to any account you may have with Bounty_OS, or other access to the Website or features therein. Bounty_OS may suspend, cancel your account and delete all User Submissions associated with your account at any time, and without notice, if Bounty_OS determines that you have violated these Terms or a relevant law, or for any other reason.

By displaying, publishing, or otherwise posting any User Submissions on or through the Website, you hereby grant to Bounty_OS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, remove, delete, reproduce, and distribute such User Submissions solely for: (i) operating the Website and platform services, (ii) facilitating creator-brand connections and campaigns, (iii) content moderation and safety, and (iv) improving platform algorithms and functionality. This license includes the right to host, index, cache, and distribute User Submissions for these platform purposes, but does not include broad commercial sublicensing rights or general AI training purposes unrelated to platform operations.

To use the Website and participate in Campaigns, you must connect or verify the social media accounts that you intend to use (each a "Connected Account"). You acknowledge that Bounty_OS uses third-party data providers and aggregators (such as public data scrapers or authorized data partners) to verify your account status, retrieve content metrics, and calculate Payouts.

By providing your social media handle or linking your account, you authorize Bounty_OS and its third-party providers to access, retrieve, store, process, and display data associated with your Connected Account, including views, engagement metrics, and metadata. You represent and warrant that you own or control the Connected Account and that your use of the Website does not violate the Terms of Service of the applicable social media platform (TikTok, Instagram).
