Content Creation Requirements
Last Modified: November 25, 2025
Creators must abide by the following Content Creation Requirements ("Requirements") when creating, posting, or submitting Content (including clips and original content) or resharing Client Content in connection with Client Campaigns and the Bounty_OS Application.
1. Disclose Your Connections
In accordance with the FTC Guides, you must make your connection to the Clients clear to viewers. If you are discussing your participation in a Client Campaign or use of Bounty_OS, you must disclose this relationship. You must make your connection to Client(s) clear to readers and third parties if you are discussing or engaging with a Client Campaign that relates to a particular Client (e.g., using #ad, #sponsored, or platform-specific paid partnership tags).
2. Give Your Honest and Truthful Opinions
Only make claims about a product or service if provided to you in the Client Campaign details or requirements. Do not make claims about Client competitors without Client's approval or Bounty_OS competitors without Bounty_OS's approval. Your statements should always reflect your honest and truthful opinions and actual experiences. If a statement is not your opinion, but rather something we or a Client asked you to say (a script), this fact must be made clear to the audience.
3. Only Make Factual Statements That Are Truthful and Can Be Verified
Only make a factual statement about a Client, Campaign, product, or service characteristic that is truthful, accurate, and non-misleading. Remember that even if you don't expressly state a fact, it may be implied, and the FTC Guides apply to both express and implied messages.
Only discuss Bounty_OS in a truthful and accurate manner consistent with these Requirements and other materials provided by Bounty_OS. Do not make claims or representations of potential or guaranteed income or profits in connection with Bounty_OS. Do not make projections or estimates regarding other participants' potential, hypothetical, or guaranteed income. Do not disclose your own income from the platform publicly without express permission.
4. Respect Intellectual Property Rights
"Intellectual property" is the group of legal rights to things people create or invent (copyright, trademark, trade secrets, likeness, or voice).
Client Assets
Only use Client intellectual property as set forth in the Client Campaign details. Do not alter or modify any Client intellectual property unless the campaign specifically requests remixes or edits.
Third-Party Assets
Only use third-party owned intellectual property (including stock footage or other brands) with express written permission or valid license from the third party.
5. Get Permission for Promotions
You are not authorized to conduct a promotion (sweepstakes, contest, free giveaway, etc.) on behalf of a Client, using Client products, or for Bounty_OS. Please contact Bounty_OS support before proceeding with any such activation.
6. You Are Personally Responsible For Your Actions
You are liable under federal and state law for your actions regarding your participation in Client Campaigns. You must follow these Requirements and all applicable laws and regulations, including the FTC Guides and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We will hold you directly responsible for any claims arising from your violation of these Terms or our rights.
7. No Botting, Stealing, or Plagiarism
Using bots or other similar means to inflate views, impressions, metrics, and/or your performance is prohibited.
Originality
All Original Content must be your own work. Submitting another Creator's content as your own is prohibited.
Repetitive Posting
Posting the exact same Content piece multiple times on the same Account to spam metrics is prohibited (unless specifically authorized by a "re-upload" strategy in the campaign brief).
8. Content Policy
Content that violates any of the following standards may be removed or rejected, and may subject a Creator to a permanent ban from Bounty_OS and other penalties:
- Illegal Activity: Content that violates any laws or promotes illegal conduct.
- Drugs and Alcohol: Content that promotes, encourages, or facilitates the sale of alcohol, drugs (including substances that mimic them), or drug-related paraphernalia.
- Violence and Harm: Content that promotes, encourages, threatens, or incites violence, abuse, self-harm, or the harm of others.
- Hate Speech and Discrimination: Content that promotes, encourages, or perpetuates racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or other forms of discrimination or hate.
- Harassment and Bullying: Content that targets individuals with repeated or severe abuse, threats, or harassment.
- Sexual and Adult Content: Pornography, sexually explicit material, or sexually suggestive content involving minors (real or implied).
- Deceptive or Misleading Claims: Including fake earnings/revenue statements, deceptive health claims, or impersonation/deepfakes.
- Misinformation: Content that spreads demonstrably false information, particularly relating to elections or public health and safety.
- Sensitive or Graphic Content: Excessively violent, gory, or distressing material.
- Infringement: Content that utilizes copyrighted video or trademarked material without proper rights or attribution.
- Privacy Violations: Content that includes collecting or sharing private or confidential information without consent.
- Impersonation and Fraud: Pretending to be someone else, misrepresenting your identity, or accessing someone else's Account.
9. Artificial Engagement
Any attempt to manipulate views, impressions, or other performance metrics through artificial methods is strictly prohibited. This includes:
- Using bots, view farms, click generators, or fake accounts.
- Coordinated attempts to inflate views, likes, shares, or engagement (engagement pods).
- Misleading or deceptive metadata/tags to boost visibility.
10. Right to Remove Content
By participating in Client Campaigns or using Bounty_OS, you agree that you will immediately remove, take down, or delete any published content relating to Bounty_OS, Client(s), or their competitors, from any site or platform immediately upon our request. You must promptly notify us of any complaint or content of which you become aware that may violate the law or third-party rights.
11. Original Content Production Standards
When creating Original Content (User Generated Content, Skits, Reviews, Dances, Edits, etc.), you must adhere to the following production standards:
- Appearance & Environment: Content must be filmed in a safe, clean environment. Content that features unsafe driving, dangerous stunts, or unsanitary conditions while displaying Client products or branding will be rejected.
- Talent & Location Releases: If your Content features other people (friends, family, or strangers), you must have their permission to include them. Do not film on private property (such as retail stores or private residences not owned by you) without express permission from the property owner.
- Script Adherence: If a Campaign provides a specific script or mandatory "talking points," you must adhere to the key messaging. While creative freedom is encouraged, you may not alter the core value proposition or technical facts of the Client's product.
- Visual Exclusivity: Ensure that no visible logos or products from direct competitors of the Client are visible in your Original Content (e.g., do not wear a competitor's branded clothing or display their products on a desk while promoting a Client).
- Music & Third-Party Clips: For any "edits," "montages," or "dance" content, you must ensure you have the legal right to use the audio and visual elements. Do not use copyrighted music or clips from movies/anime unless they are (a) provided by the Client, or (b) available in the social platform's Commercial Sound Library (e.g., TikTok Commercial Sounds). Using unlicensed music may result in disqualification and account termination.
